Béjaïa

Béjaïa, overlooking the Mediterranean and framed by the mountains of Kabylia, is one of Algeria’s most fascinating coastal cities. Known for its spectacular landscapes, it combines the deep blue of the sea with the lush green of the surrounding hills.

Its historic centre preserves traces of the Arab, Ottoman and French colonial eras, while the port and the Corniche invite you to stroll through panoramic views and lively atmospheres. Not far from the city, the Mount Gouraya nature reserve and the small island of Pic des Singes offer unforgettable excursions close to nature.

It is a perfect stop for those who love combining sea, culture and nature, experiencing Algeria in one of its most authentic and surprising forms.
